The location is fantastic and conveniently close to the old town, while the rooms are stylish and come with high floors, safety features, and a fridge.

I liked everything. great room. Even with an extra crib it didn't get small. We were on the 14th floor and view allowed us to see the city and behind it the sea. We had full board and in all cases the food and service was very good. There was everything and everything was very good. staff was very nice and always ready to please with a smile. swimming pool and its great lounge area. We traveled with a 15 month old baby and without knowing it we found a play area for the kids with staff that did games and activities. It was a pleasant surprise. There we were great with our son, who really enjoyed the toys and books for all ages they have. Even a small ball pool! We also unknowingly found ourselves with daily evening performances inside the hotel. Live music and magic shows. It exceeded our expectations in every way. I will be back if I return to Benidorm. Highly recommended.

To put a but... the furniture in our room in particular was already a little deteriorated.

The double room was impressive, and the staff, from the chambermaid to the manager, were pleasant. the breakfast had plenty of high-quality food. the hotel is in a marvelous location, surrounded by bars with exceptional service. it is easy to get to the Old Town of Benidorm.

I had a fantastic time here with excellent service that made my stay enjoyable.

location is very good, near the beach and town. excellent hotel: the magnificent personnel, always very attentive and with a smile; food varied and very very good; services of cleaning, cafeteria, terrace, animation, unbeatable; aspect of the fantastic hotel and perfect views, you could see the two beaches and town; in our room we could fit of over the four, it was very wide, clean and comfortable with two terraces; swimming pool all the day with sun and a lot of space of relaxation. At night we could enjoy a spectacular live music performance. There was a gym, with a shower area that was very clean and in perfect condition. We were offered to use these facilities even after handing over the keys. Again, staff is, in every respect and at every level, superb. I loved everything and I hope to return. I recommend it.

I liked everything. I have read in other comments that the lifts were slow and in this respect I would like to say that I did notice that they were slow but only at lunchtime, which is logical since we went down 19 floors at once.

The breakfast here is really nice, with fruit juice and porridge available, and the location is amazing.

This place has recently been renovated with comfortable beds and beautiful views, serving a wide variety of delicious meals.

The units were newly renovated and the staff were pretty friendly people from chambermaid to the manager. The room had a luxurious bathroom and a storage, a kettle and a small mini fridge. Had central location on the evening entertainment.

The accommodation is very clean and the staff always ready to help.

Unfortunately, the floor tiles at the children's pool are too slippery. Unfortunately all the children fell violently on their heads - thank God nothing happened. But you have to change and fix that immediately.

The room here is attractive with great views of the sea, and the breakfast is incredibly nice with a wide variety of options, plus the location is fantastic.

The hotel was peaceful and I would definitely stay here again. The beds were great and I had a comfortable night's sleep.- The location was fantastic for exploring Plaza Triangular.- The hotel's proximity to Alicante and Calpe was convenient.
